Terms and Conditions – AchaGame Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any person who accesses AchaGame through any device or channel, including the AchaGame website and the AchaGame mobile app available for Android and iOS. Access to and use of AchaGame constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

AchaGame operates as an entertainment platform for adults in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By using the platform you confirm that you are accessing it from Pakistan and that you are of legal adult age (18 years or older).

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account with AchaGame and access any real-money gaming services you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AchaGame takes the protection of minors seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from within Pakistan.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested at sign-up or during subsequent account verification.
• You must not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from AchaGame or had their account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use only. Corporate accounts, agent accounts and accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.

AchaGame reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3 Account Management

One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances reviewed. If you have forgotten your login details, please use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials at all times. Do not share your password with anyone. AchaGame will never ask for your password by email, SMS or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account Verification: AchaGame may request identity and payment verification at any time. This may include a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC) and confirmation of your registered mobile wallet or bank account. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. Providing false documents is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. AchaGame may apply a maintenance fee or contact you before doing so. Details of the current inactivity policy are available by contacting support.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on AchaGame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or hidden charges on deposits made through supported payment methods.

Supported Deposit Methods: AchaGame accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time. The specific methods available to you will be displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit. AchaGame reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

Deposit Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank Transfer and other methods may take longer. AchaGame is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdraw als: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. You may be asked to verify your identity before a withdrawal is processed. AchaGame aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, and current processing timelines are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

AchaGame offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and other sporting or gaming events.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated when the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with other offers.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account.
• Abuse and Exploitation: AchaGame monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. If such activity is detected, AchaGame reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria. AchaGame reserves the right to limit or withdraw a bonus offer from any player without prior notice if eligibility conditions are not met.

6 Gameplay Rules

AchaGame offers four main game categories: Live Casino, Casino (slots and table games), Fish Games and Bingo. Each game type operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself.

Live Casino: Live casino games including Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar and Blackjack are streamed in real time. Results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the dealer or system. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a placed bet – the round will be settled based on the outcome that occurred.

Casino and Slots: All casino slot games use certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information section. AchaGame does not manipulate game outcomes.

Fish Games: Fish shooting games involve a combination of player skill and chance mechanics. In-game currency used in fish games is separate from your main PKR wallet balance unless specifically integrated.

Bingo: Bingo games are conducted in live rooms with published schedules. Auto-daub features are available. Results are determined by the official draw and are final.

Technical Failures: In the event of a technical error or game malfunction, AchaGame reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to player accounts. AchaGame's decision regarding technical errors is final.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. Live Casino table minimums start from PKR 100 for most tables.

7 Responsible Gaming

AchaGame is committed to providing a safe and entertaining environment. We offer a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These are available in your account settings and include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.

Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits at any time. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period before they come into force.

Session Reminders: Set a timer to receive an in-platform notification after a defined period of play. This helps you stay aware of the time spent in a session.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can request self-exclusion for a set period. During self-exclusion your account access is suspended. AchaGame processes self-exclusion requests promptly once received.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AchaGame and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account per person
• Providing false, misleading or another person's identity information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempting to exploit game vulnerabilities, software bugs or bonus terms through systematic abuse
• Using automated software, bots or any form of artificial assistance to play games or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino or other multiplayer game environments
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised means
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with AchaGame's platform, infrastructure or security systems

AchaGame monitors accounts for irregular activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, AchaGame may freeze your account, withhold pending withdrawals and conduct an investigation before any further action is taken.

9 Privacy and Data

AchaGame collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

Personal data you provide – including your name, mobile number, CNIC details and payment information – is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and improving the platform experience. AchaGame does not sell personal data to third parties.

AchaGame uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our platform. Your account password is stored in encrypted form and is not accessible to AchaGame staff.

10 Limitation of Liability

AchaGame provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, reliable access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, AchaGame's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. AchaGame is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or winnings due to platform downtime or technical errors, beyond the refund of any affected stake
• Connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile data interruptions during live game sessions
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banks
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials

11 Account Termination

Closure by Player: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting AchaGame support. Any real PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements or withdrawal holds.

Closure by AchaGame: AchaGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for operational reasons. Where an account is closed due to a breach, AchaGame may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding bonuses are forfeited. Obligations already incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, remain in effect.

12 Amendments to Terms

AchaGame reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players through a platform notification or by the contact details on their account.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

AchaGame recommends checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current Terms that apply to your use of the platform.
